Sea of Thieves Season 7 lets players become a captain and customize their ship’s interior
Rare has revealed that captaincy is finally coming to Sea of Thieves as part of Season 7 on July 21st.
As part of this update, players will be able to become the captain of their own ship, name it, and customize and decorate the interior of their captain’s cabin. Additionally, players gain access to special Captain’s Voyages, unique rewards, and new places to sell loot.
The developer also announced plans to hold a Gold & Glory Weekend starting June 17th to celebrate reaching 30 million players. Players can get double gold and reputation and boosted Renown for all treasures cashed in.
Sea of Thieves is available now on Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and PC.
