Scarlet Nexus demo released on PC
Bandai Namco has released a demo for its action RPG Scarlet Nexus on PC through Steam.
The demo, which is also available on consoles, lets players take control of Other Suppression Force members Yuito Sumeragi and Kasane Randall. Each character has their own unique combat style and players will also be able to borrow the powers of their OSF allies while out in the field.
The publisher also announced the first DLC pack for the game. This first batch of post-launch content will include additional costumes and weapons and an extension for the Bond Level system. The new EX bond level features new SAS power extensions and new bond episodes.
The game was released in June and is set in the far distant future during a time when a psionic hormone has been discovered in the human brain that grants extra-sensory powers. Following its discovery, mutants known as Others started falling from the sky that feed on human brains. Now it’s up to the Other Suppression Force, a group of people with psionic powers, to battle back against the Others.
Scarlet Nexus is available now on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
