Release of Dying Light 2’s first story DLC pushed back
Techland has announced a delay for Dying Light 2 Stay Human‘s first story DLC.
The developer revealed that it is pushing the release of the DLC back three months from June to September due to the team needing a bit more time for development.
“We apologize for the delay, but we firmly believe that our community, fans, and gamers deserve to receive some truly unforgettable experiences,” Techland added. “We want the first major story DLC to meet your expectations by giving it the absolute highest level of polish.”
An updated roadmap reveals that the first game Chapter, titled “In the Footsteps of a Nightrunner,” will arrive in June instead. Also coming to the game between June and August is Photo Mode, new community events, the Agent & Rank System, new missions and bounties, and more.
Dying Light 2 Stay Human is available now on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
