Pokémon Unite update buffs Blissey
A new update is on the way for Pokémon Unite that will improve support character Blissey.
The patch notes reveal that Blissey will receive a Special Defense increase as well as a buff for its Safeguard move. Following the update, Safeguard has its cooldown reduced, area of effect increased, and will remove all status conditions from Blissey and a designated ally as well as grant a shield to both.
In addition to the above, the plus version of Safeguard gets an increase to the amount of damage nullified by its shield effect.
This latest update is scheduled to go live tomorrow, September 8th. Check out the full patch notes below:
Blissey
The following stats have been increased:
- Sp. Def
Safeguard:
- Removes all status conditions from the user and the designated ally Pokémon and grants both Pokémon a shield. While these shields are active, the shielded Pokémon become immune to hindrances.
- Cooldown reduced.
- Area of effect increased.
Safeguard+:
- Upgrade: Increases the amount of damage nullified by the shield effect.
Pokémon Unite is available now on Nintendo Switch. The game is also coming to iOS and Android devices on September 22nd.
