Pokémon Unite trailer celebrates the game’s release
The Pokémon Company has shared an official launch trailer for its free-to-start Pokémon MOBA Pokémon Unite.
The game, which is available now, pits two teams of five players against one another in a race to earn the most points within the time limit. To score, players will need to defeat wild Pokémon and Pokémon on the opposing team to gather energy, which can then be deposited in one of the opposing team’s goals.
Players will be able to level up and evolve their Pokémon mid-match and customize their Pokémon and Trainer with new outfits. Additionally, the game features a Battle Pass filled with rewards and full cross-platform play between Nintendo Switch and mobile.
As previously announced, all players who jump in before August 31st will receive Zeraora as a playable character for free.
Pokémon Unite is available now on Nintendo Switch and is coming to mobile in September 2021.
