Pokémon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet announced for Nintendo Switch
During a special Pokémon Day Pokémon Presents broadcast, The Pokémon Company officially unveiled Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet for Nintendo Switch.
These latest mainline entries in the series will be fully open-world “where various towns with no borders blend seamlessly into the wilderness.” According to The Pokémon Company, Pokémon will be able to appear anywhere in this world, including the skies, sea, and in the city streets.
When starting off on their adventure, Trainers can select from three new Pokémon: the Grass Cat Pokémon, Sprigatito; the Fire Croc Pokémon, Fuecoco; and the Duckling Pokémon, Quaxly. Get the full details about each of these Pokemon below:
