Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl players can get Arceus and Darkrai
The Pokémon Company has revealed that Mythical Pokemon Arceus and Darkrai are coming to Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl.
First up is Arceus. To encounter this Pokémon, players must first update their copy of Diamond or Pearl to version 1.3.0. and have a save file from Pokémon Legends: Arceus with all main missions completed on their Nintendo Switch. After this, players must have entered the Hall of Fame and received the National Pokedex to get the Azure Flute item from their room. Once all these conditions are met, go to the Spear Pillar at the top of Mount Coronet to find Arceus.
As for Darkrai, players will need the Member Card item, which can be obtained via the Mystery Gift between April 1st and April 30th after entering the Hall of Fame, obtaining the National Pokédex, and completing the in-game event for Cresselia. Use the card to go to Newmoon Island, where the Mythical Pokémon Darkrai can be obtained.
Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl are available now on Nintendo Switch.
