PlayStation Store’s top downloads for September revealed
Sony has revealed which the most downloaded PlayStation 4, PlayStation VR, and free-to-play titles from the PlayStation Store were in September.
On PlayStation 4, newcomers NBA 2K21, Marvel’s Avengers, and Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 claim the top three spots in the chart. Last month’s titleholder Madden NFL 21 has been bumped all the way down to number four, with Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout moving down one place to fifth.
While over on PlayStation VR, things remain unchanged at the top with Vader Immortal: A Star Wars Series, Beat Saber, and Superhot VR holding onto first, second, and third place, respectably. Following them in fourth and fifth are The Walking Dead: Saints and Sinners and Creed Rise to Glory.
Finally, it’s all change in the free-to-play chart. Fresh from its switch to free-to-play, Rocket League sits at the top of the pile, followed by new entries Spellbreak and Genshin Impact. Chart regulars Call of Duty: Warzone and Fortnite complete the top five for September.
