PlayStation Store top downloads for October revealed
Sony has revealed the most downloaded PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and free-to-play titles from the PlayStation Store during the month of October.
Starting with PlayStation 5, four out of the top five for October are new releases. Ubisoft’s Far Cry 6 claims the top spot for the month followed by FIFA 22, co-op zombie shooter Back 4 Blood, and Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles. September’s titleholder NBA 2K22 drops four places to fifth place.
The story is pretty similar on PlayStation 4 with FIFA 22 sitting at the top, Far Cry 6 in second, and Back 4 Blood in third. Madden NFL 22 and NBA 2K22 complete the top five.
Finally, new entry eFootball 2022 tops the free-to-play chart pushing Fortnite to second. Call of Duty: Warzone jumped up a single place to third.
