PlayStation Store top downloads for July revealed

Sony has revealed the most downloaded PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, PlayStation VR, and free-to-play titles from the PlayStation Store during the month of July.

On PlayStation 5 in the U.S. and Canada, new release Stray stepped straight into the number one spot, with last month’s chart-topper The Quarry dropping down into fifth. While in Europe, F1 22 managed to beat Stray to the top of the chart.

Things are mirrored on PlayStation 4, with Stray sitting on top of the pile in the U.S. and Canada and F1 22 in Europe. Minecraft and Grand Theft Auto V are also holding onto their places in the top five.

Moving onto PlayStation VR, rhythm game Beat Saber continues its dominance in both territories. Finally, Multiversus displaced Fall Guys at the top of the Free-to-Play chart in the U.S. and Canada, but failed to do so in Europe.
