PlayStation Store top downloads for April revealed

Sony has revealed the most downloaded PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, PlayStation VR, and free-to-play titles from the PlayStation Store during the month of April.

Starting with PlayStation 5, TT Games’ Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga took the crown in the U.S. and Canada with last month’s titleholder Elden Ring falling to third. Another new release, MLB The Show 22, had to settle with second place. Things are reflected in Europe with Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga sitting at the top of the pile.

On PlayStation 4, things are switched in the U.S. and Canada with MLB The Show 22 taking the top spot from Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga. Over in Europe Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga is on top with Grand Theft Auto V and Minecraft completing the top three.

Finally, Beat Saber and Fortnite continue their dominance in the PlayStation VR and free-to-play charts across both regions.
