PlayStation Now adding The Last of Us Part II, Final Fantasy VIII Remastered, more

Sony is expanding its PlayStation Now subscription service with the introduction of seven new titles.

Starting tomorrow, October 5th, subscribers will be able to download or stream Naughty Dog’s The Last of Us Part II. The sequel is set five years after the events of the first game and follows the story of Ellie as she sets out on a journey of revenge after a violent event occurs in her new home of Jackson, Wyoming.

PlayStation 5 owners who download the game can also use the performance update, which bumps the framerate cap up from 30 FPS to 60 FPS. The game will be removed from PlayStation Now on January 3rd, 2022.

Also coming to the service tomorrow are Fallout 76, Amnesia: Collection, Desperados III, Final Fantasy VIII Remastered, Victor Vran: Overkill Edition, and Yet Another Zombie Defense HD.

PlayStation Now is available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC for $9.99 a month.
