Overwatch 2 gameplay trailer shows off Sojourn’s skills
Following on from the Origins video, Blizzard has shared a gameplay trailer for Overwatch 2‘s new character Sojourn.
The former captain of Overwatch uses a railgun, which rapid fires projectiles that generate energy upon impact and has access to a secondary high impact shot that spends that stored energy. Sojourn can also slide along the ground and launch a Disrupter Shot that slows and deals damage to any enemies caught in it.
The final piece of Sojourn’s kit is the Overlock Ultimate. When active, railgun energy will auto-charge and any fired charged shots will pierce enemies.
Overwatch 2 is in development for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC. A PC beta is scheduled to begin on April 26th.
