Operation Monarch launch trailer brings Kong, Godzilla to Call of Duty: Warzone

The launch trailer for Call of Duty: Warzone‘s upcoming Godzilla vs. Kong crossover event, Operation Monarch, has landed, showing two titans in action.

Operation Monarch brings both King Kong and Godzilla to Caldera for a 60-player game mode with Resurgence rules. Twice per match, Kong and Godzilla will enter “Titan Frenzy” mode and start fighting. That’s when things get really interesting

Players will want to do as much damage as possible to the monsters during a Frenzy for the chance to unlock a S.C.R.E.A.M. device. These powerful devices can unleash either a Kong– or Godzilla–themed Killstreak that players can use to target anywhere on the map.

Using these devices will help players complete the limited-time mode’s eight challenges, which unlock charms, emblems, stickers, and an epic spray.

Operation Monarch runs from May 12th to May 25th. Call of Duty: Warzone is available on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
