Okiku is joining the One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 roster

Bandai Namco has revealed that the legendary samurai Okiku will be playable in One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 later this year.

“Okiku is the poster girl for a tea house in Okobore Town, in the Kuri region of Wano Country,” Bandai Namco’s description of the character reads. “She is a self-styled samurai trained in the art of the sword. Sumo champion Urashima became enraged with her after she not only spurned his advances but cut off his topknot; fortunately, Luffy was there to save the day.”

Okiku specializes in attacks that freeze enemies and also has access to an “iai” stance that boosts the power of her next attack. See some shots of her in-game below:

Players will be able to add Okiku to their roster later this year as part of Character Pack 3. The pack is priced at $11.99 and includes access to Okiku, Kin’emon, and a third yet-to-be-announced character.

One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 is available now on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
