Oddworld: Munch’s Oddysee is coming to Nintendo Switch next month
Oddworld: Munch’s Oddysee will be released on Nintendo Switch on May 14th, 2020, Oddworld Inhabitants Inc. and Microids have announced.
The game puts players in control of a Gabbit named Munch who has been kidnapped and held in Vykkers Lab. Players must guide Munch to help him escape the lab and rescue other trapped test creatures. After successfully escaping the lab, Munch meets up with Abe, and the pair are informed by the Almighty Raisin that they must work together to achieve their goals.
Munch’s Oddysee allows players to switch between Munch and Abe as they use psychic powers, power-ups, and other special abilities to reclaim the last gabbit eggs on Oddworld.
Oddworld: Munch’s Oddysee launches May 14th via the Nintendo eShop, with a physical release to follow later in 2020.
