No more updates coming for Watch Dogs: Legion
Ubisoft has announced that Title Update 5.6 for Watch Dogs: Legion was the game’s last.
In a message from the development team, it was announced that there are no plans to add new content to the game going forward. The new reward track released with Season 5: Stripes, which contains new and returning items, will also be the game’s last. Following this, Season 3-5 will return to Online Mode on a cycle.
“TU 5.6 was our final update for Watch Dogs: Legion,” the message reads. “However, you can look forward to reward tracks in the Online Mode, containing both new and returning rewards. The current season 4 Rebels track, containing 80 ranks, will run until January 22, 2022, followed by Season 5 Stripes. After that, Seasons 3-5 will continue to cycle and return to the game, giving you the opportunity to acquire rewards you might have missed out on in the past. Some rewards to look forward to is a modified version of Aiden Pearce’s jacket, and Jackson’s mask and clothing set.”
Since the game launched in 2020, Ubisoft has released Online Mode, new game modes, additional characters, and brought back Watch Dogs protagonist Aiden Pearce as part of the Bloodline story expansion.
Watch Dogs: Legion is available now on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, Stadia, and Amazon Luna.
