No Man’s Sky update adds mechs
Hello Games has delivered the Exo Mech update for No Man’s Sky on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
The highlight of this latest update is the introduction of “fully controllable mechanical walkers.” After installing the update, players can obtain the Minotaur, a new type of Exocraft that can leap huge distances and protect its pilot from all planetary hazards. The mech can also collect materials and be upgraded to manipulate terrain.
In addition to the above, all Exocrafts can now be upgraded with solar panels that will recharge the engine in the day and a Signal Booster that reveals all nearby points of interest when scanning.
Other changes include new Exocraft decals, visual improvements, a resolution scale option for PC, and the ability to disable the complexity limit on console.
