No, CD Projekt Red is not sending you emails about Cyberpunk 2077’s beta

People have started receiving emails offering access to Cyberpunk 2077’s closed beta—but, sadly, most of those emails aren’t true.

According to the game’s official Twitter account, there has been a sudden uptick in emails going out over the past few weeks claiming to offer the recipient beta access to Cyberpunk 2077. However, unless they come directly from an “@cdprojektred.com” email address, they’re all a scam.

So, if you receive an email that sounds good to be true, like most other times in life, it probably isn’t.

2/2 Same goes for content creators. We always reach out directly from @ cdprojektred com domain. If you are being contacted by a third party claiming to be working with us (an ad agency for example), you can assume it's not genuine.
