Need for Speed Heat spring update includes Black Market Delivery, new vehicles
The spring update is now available for Need for Speed Heat, bringing with it the Black Market Delivery system, quality of life improvements, and bug fixes.
The big new addition in this update is the Black Market Delivery system. Following the update, players will receive a call from Raziel asking them to pick up a car from Port Murphy. Two cars are available to collect: the free Aston Martin DB11 Volante (2018) and the premium McLaren F1 (1993), which is available for $4.99.
After picking up either car, players will be able to complete a set of six challenges for Raziel that will unlock new outfits, vanity items, and a body kit for the car. According to EA, these challenges offer around three to five hours of gameplay and feature both recycled and new content.
The spring update also adds an option to adjust camera shake, introduces a new item notification to the garage, and adds new intro variations and victory poses for day and night races. Read the full patch notes here.
Need for Speed Heat is available now on Xbox One PlayStation 4, and PC.
