MLB The Show 22 update shortens co-op games
A new update has been released for MLB The Show 22 across all platforms.
According to the patch notes, developer San Diego Studio has reduced the number of innings in co-op matches to six. This has been done “to offer a faster-paced experience.”
In addition to the above change, the game should no longer freeze when pressing the Share/Create button during a home run presentation. Take a look at the full patch notes below:
Co-Op
- Games are now 6 innings to offer a faster paced experience.
Miscellaneous
- Fixed a freeze that could be triggered when pressing the SHARE/Create button during a home run presentation.
- Updates made to Milwaukee Brewers and Arizona Diamondbacks Nike City Connect uniforms.
MLB The Show 22 is available now on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.
