MLB The Show 22 update adds new songs, fixes Switch crash
A new update has been released for MLB The Show 22 that updates the Jukebox with two new songs.
Following the update, players will be able to listen to “Dollar $tore” by Young The Giant and “Run Ft. Young Thug” by Killer Mike. Both of these songs will cycle randomly in the Jukebox.
Developer San Diego Studio has also updated the player likenesses of Jazz Chisholm, William Contreras, Adam Duvall, Santiago Espinal, Ty France, Vladimir Guerrero Jr, Spencer Strider, Dansby Swanson, Mike Trout, and Trea Turner. Read the full patch notes below:
CO-OP
- Fixed a freeze that could occur when a user turns off their controller and closes the app.
- Fixed a rare freeze that could occur when selecting options in user profile menus.
NINTENDO SWITCH
- Fixed a crash that could occur in Home Run Derby when switching out of handheld mode.
MISCELLANEOUS
- Added two new songs to the Jukebox: “Dollar $tore”, performed by Young The Giant, and “Run Ft. Young Thug”, Performed by Killer Mike. These songs will cycle randomly in the JukeBox.
- Various player likeness updates to All-Star players: Jazz Chisholm, William Contreras, Adam Duvall, Santiago Espinal, Ty France, Vladimir Guerrero Jr, Spencer Strider, Dansby Swanson, Mike Trout, and Trea Turner.
MLB The Show 22 is available now on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.
