Minecraft Dungeons’ cross-platform play update is now live
As previously promised, Mojang has delivered the cross-platform play update for Minecraft Dungeons.
Going forward, players on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and Windows PCs will be able to team up to tackle the game’s numerous dungeons and take the fight to the Arch-Illager.
In addition to delivering the update, the developer confirmed that cloud-saves will be available for the game “soon.” Once the feature is available, players will be able to pick up their game and continue progressing on another platform.
“While we don’t have a launch date set for this feature, our team is hard at work and very excited to bring it to life in an upcoming free update,” Mojang said. “We hope to have more news soon, but for now you’ll still need to save your files on each individual platform.”
Minecraft Dungeons is available now on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
