Lost Ark players getting launch celebration gift, new European server region on the way
Amazon Games has announced its latest plan to address the queues occurring on Lost Ark‘s European servers.
To help relieve the issue, Amazon Games will be setting up an entirely new region of servers for Europe. The company explained that “this is the only way to accommodate more players in Europe” due to the game’s architecture.
“While we understand lengthy queue times may persist, we will need time to ensure everything is set up to be in top shape to help accommodate all players to get in game,” a post on the game’s official site explained. “We’ll share an update on exact timings as soon as possible.”
Amazon Games notes that due to this being a new region of servers, players will be unable to access region-wide features, such as Royal Crystal and Silver balances, from Central Europe.
In addition to the new region, Amazon Games announced that it will be giving all players who jump into Lost Ark before March 1st a launch celebration gift. The gift includes the following untradeable items:
- Vehicle Selection Chest (choice of either mount)
- Terpeion
- Terpeion of the Shadow
- Midsummer Night’s Dream Instrument Skin Selection Chest
- Healing Battle Item Chest x10
- Offensive Battle Item Chest x10
- Legendary Rapport Selection Chest x3
- Weekly Trade potions Pack x3
- Phoenix Plume x20
These rewards will be delivered once the new European region is up and running.
