Knockout City is joining Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and EA Play at launch
EA has announced that Velan Studios’ team-based multiplayer dodgeball game Knockout City will be available through EA Play and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate from launch.
Additionally, the publisher unveiled a Deluxe Edition of the game. This special edition is priced at $29.99 and includes the High Fidelity outfit, Black and Gold Convertible crew vehicle, three Crew Logos, three Crew Banners, and 1,000 Holobux.
EA Play and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate players can upgrade to the Deluxe Edition for $9.99, while EA Play Pro subscribers will get it for free.
The game sees players teaming up take part in epic dodgeball battles across Knockout City. Players will battle it out on a number of dynamic maps set in the city that include construction sites, skyscraper rooftops, busy streets, and more. Developer Velan Studios plans to expand the game with new maps, ball types, rewards, events, and more through post-launch seasons.
Knockout City launches May 21st, 2021, for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC. The game will also be playable on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S through backward compatibility.
