Insurgency: Sandstorm is free to play for a limited time
Focus Home Interactive has announced that New World Interactive’s shooter Insurgency: Sandstorm is currently free to play on PC.
Between now and April 1st, PC owners can download and play the game for free. The game will also be discounted by 50 percent during the free trial for players who wish to continue playing after it ends.
Developer New World Interactive has also pushed a new update live for the game that includes a new close-quarters Power Plant map, two new weapons, and new maps for Domination Mode. In addition to this new content, modding support has been added to the Sandstorm via Mod.io. Players will be able to create their own levels, game modes, and mutators.
Insurgency: Sandstorm is available now on PC. The game is also coming to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on August 25th, 2020.
