Humankind joining Xbox Game Pass for PC on day one
Amplitude Studios’ historical 4X strategy game Humankind will be available through Xbox Game Pass for PC from launch, Microsoft has revealed.
The upcoming game lets players rewrite the narrative of human history by combining cultures to create a unique civilization. Players will be able to choose from up to 60 historical cultures as they lead their civilization from the Ancient to the Modern Age. Each of these cultures will introduce its own special gameplay layer.
“Face historical events, take impactful moral decisions, and make scientific breakthroughs,” the game’s description adds. “Discover the natural wonders of the world or build the most remarkable creations of humankind. Each game element is historically authentic. Combine them to build your own vision of the world.”
Humankind launches on August 17th for PC.
