The cross-platform beta for Guilty Gear Strive begins on October 13th, developer Arc System Works has revealed.
The beta test is being held using a separate client to the main game and is free to all players on PlayStation and PC, regardless of whether they own Guilty Gear Strive. During the beta, 21 characters will be playable across the following modes:
- Tutorial Mode
- Mission Mode
- Survival Mode
- Training Mode
- VS COM, VS 2P
- Online Match
- Combo Maker
- Digital Figure

Arc System Works notes that a PlayStation Plus subscription is not required to access the beta on PlayStation and that no save data will carry over to the main game.
Guilty Gear Strive is available now on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC.
