GTA Online’s new Career Builder detailed
Rockstar has shared details about the new Career Builder feature being added to Grand Theft Auto Online on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
Using the Career Builder, new players, and current players who wish to reset their character, can enter GTA Online with a business property, a vehicle, a weapon, and some extra GTA$. To start with, players will choose which career path to take from Executive, Gunrunner, Nightclub Owner, or Biker.
After this, players are given GTA$4,000,000 to spend on properties, upgrades, weapons, and vehicles. Players can choose to spend the entire GTA$4 million in the Career Builder or bring GTA$1 million of it into GTA Online.
“You can select from the basics — a non-upgraded business property, alongside a simple weapon and vehicle combination — or you can opt for business properties complete with upgrades and customizations, high-end vehicles, and enough weapons to fill a Gun Locker,” Rockstar explains.
As previously announced the PS5 and Xbox Series X/S versions of the game introduce support for 4K and 60 FPS gameplay, as well as HDR, ray tracing, improved textures, faster loading times, and more.
Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online are scheduled to arrive on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S on March 15th. The standalone version of GTA Online will be free on PlayStation 5 for three months.
