Grand Theft Auto Online players can now take on Taxi Jobs
Grand Theft Auto Online players can now become taxi drivers thanks to the introduction of Taxi Jobs.
To get started, either head on over to the Downtown Cab Co. or purchase the Vapid Taxi from Warstock Cache & Carry. Players who complete 10 Taxi Work jobs in a row for the Downtown Cab Co. can earn the Taxi Star Award, which unlocks the Trade Price for the new Vapid Taxi.
Players on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S can also use the Downtown Cab Co. to quickly reach their destination through a new Skip to Destination option.
“Call Downtown Cab Co. on your iFruit to request a Taxi, let your driver know where you’re headed, and hit Skip to Destination to beat the traffic,” Rockstar explains. “And GTA+ Members can really put the Skip to Destination service into overdrive, with just a 5-minute wait in between trips.”
Players can also purchase the MTL Brickade 6×6 with included Maibatsu Manchez Scout C motorcycle from Warstock Cache & Carry and get GTA$188,888 just for playing this week to celebrate Lunar New Year.
In addition to the above, First Dose story missions and Special Vehicle Races are paying out double GTA$ and RP, and there’s an extra 50 percent GTA$ and RP available from Special Cargo Sales.
Finally, players who connect their Prime Gaming and Rockstar Games Social Club accounts before February 22nd will receive the Twilight Painted Rabbit mask for free.
