Galactic Civilizations III is now free on PC
Stardock Entertainment’s turn-based strategy game Galactic Civilizations III is currently free from the Epic Games Store.
The game tasks players with choosing a race and then leading their chosen civilization into a golden age by colonizing new worlds, researching technology, and facing threats from mysterious sources. In addition to the base game, players will receive the Crusade and Retribution expansions, as well as the Mega Events DLC.
“Each new game offers an array of options as you set it up – choose your map size, abundance of planets and resources, frequency of events, and more for a unique play experience every time,” the game’s description adds. “Galactic Civilizations III also removes linear victory conditions and offers you multiple objectives that you can choose to pursue in order to win, such as military conquest, cultural domination, technological ascension, or political alliances.”
Galactic Civilizations III is free to download and keep until January 28th.
