Fortnite’s Rift Tour takes players on a musical journey
Fortnite is partnering with “a record-breaking superstar” to take players on a musical journey in The Rift Tour.
Starting today, players can complete the first wave of Rift Tour quests to unlock the Cosmic Cuddles Loading Screen, Rift-sterpiece Spray, and Cloudy Kitty Emoticon. These rewards are available until August 8th.
The actual event itself will take place between August 6th and August 8th. Players can visit the new Rift Tour tab on the main menu to keep track of their quests and choose a show to attend based on their region.
“Fortnite is a place for the imagination and the impossible. With Rift Tour, we’re bringing a musical journey to life that players can experience, feel, and join alongside their friends,” Phil Rampulla, Head of Brand at Epic Games, said. “We can’t wait to reveal our chart-topping headliner, and can’t wait for fans around the world to celebrate with us.”
Epic teased that it will be sharing some “big news” about the tour on August 2nd.
In other news, Epic recently revealed that the August Crew Pack for Fortnite Crew subscribers will contain a summer-themed version of Skye and other cosmetics.
