Fortnite update adjusts final Storm Circles, adds Party Hub app
The latest weekly update for Fortnite has introduced support for the Party Hub app, which allows players to party up and chat on mobile before jumping into a match.
“It’s a new feature in Fortnite on mobile that lets you see which friends are online, start a party, and voice chat with that party before jumping in game on any platform or downloading the game on your mobile device,” Epic Games explains.
Once the party is ready to jump into a match, all players have to do is launch Fortnite on their preferred platform with the app open and the party will be transferred. More information about the Party Hub can be found here.
Elsewhere, today’s update makes it so Storm Circles no longer end in Rift Zones, re-enables ziplines, and fixes an issue with the Star Wand and AC/DC Pickaxes.
Finally, Save the World players get the second part of Cloaked Star’s Hit the Road quest and the Deciblaster weapon. Read the full patch notes here.
