Fortnite introduces the Guardian Shield in first update of 2023
Epic Games has delivered a new update for Fortnite that introduces the Guardian Shield to the game.
This new addition can be found in Oathbound Chests and will deploy a protective barrier in front of the player, which can either be stationary or mobile. The barrier will begin to change color when it is running out.
Also introduced is the first Midseason Drop. Starting today, players who earn 10 Account Levels will obtain a fresh look for Selene. Over the next four weeks, new styles will be released for Massai, Doom Slayer, Dusty, and Nezumi.
Fortnite is available now on PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, PC, and mobile.
