Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 3 suffers another delay
Epic Games has announced a slight delay for the third season of Fortnite Chapter 2.
In a message to players, the developer revealed that the start of Season 3 has been moved from June 4th to June 11th. This is the second time that the upcoming season has been pushed back after it was delayed from April 30th to June 4th back in April.
Epic added that a one-time-only live event, titled The Device, is scheduled to begin on Saturday, June 6th at 2 p.m. ET.
In other Fortnite-related news, the developer recently announced that an optimized version of the game will be available on Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5 at launch. Epic also plans to update Fortnite to Unreal Engine 5 in mid-2021.
Fortnite is available now on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, PC, iOS, and Android.
