Fortnite adds the Explosive Goo Gun and Throwable Launch Pad
Epic Games has brought two new items to Fortnite with the release of the game’s latest update.
Kicking things off is the Explosive Goo Gun, which can be found on the ground and in Chests and Supply Drops. This gun covers opponents in a volatile substance that will explode after a moment. For the next week, the Explosive Goo Gun will have an increased drop rate.
Joining this new weapon is the Throwable Launch Pad. This upgraded version of the Launch Pad mixes with the Port-A-Bunker to create a Launch Pad on top of a support structure to offer more height. Throwable Launch Pads can be found from the ground and in Chests and Supply Drops.
Completing this week’s update is the return of the Shield Bubble. The shield is invulnerable to projectiles and explosives.
Fortnite is available now on PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, PC, and mobile.
