FIFA 20 update makes Legendary difficulty more challenging, adjusts skill moves

EA Sports has pushed a new update live for FIFA 20 on PC, with a PlayStation 4 and Xbox One release to follow “at a later date.”

To start with, the update makes a number of adjustments to Legendary difficulty to make it more challenging for players. Following the update, the CPU AI will mark players better, apply more defensive pressure, make smarter passes, take better free kicks, dribble the ball more precisely, and more.

As well as this, changes are being made to skill moves, including locking Advanced Rainbow to five-star skill moves, changing the Ball Roll into Heel Chop skill to a four-star skill move, and an increase in the chance to mess up when chaining fake shots while sprinting.

Elsewhere, the update addresses issues with players not being impacted by Fitness level in Ultimate Team, the 4-3-2-1 formation placing a player by the corner flag at kick-off, incorrect offside calls, and goalkeepers not catching the ball at a player’s feet.
