Fall Guys PlayStation players will need to redownload the game
A new PlayStation launcher is coming for Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout that will require players to redownload the game, developer Mediatonic has announced.
“Last year, you may have heard the news that Mediatonic became part of the Epic Games family, the developer wrote in a blog post. “We’ve been able to add a bunch of new features to the game since joining forces, and are now officially switching over our publisher on PlayStation to Epic, which means you’ll need to re-download Fall Guys from the new launcher on the PlayStation Store.”
As a thank you for downloading the new launcher, all PlayStation players will be able to claim a free shark costume for their Bean.
Starting April 5th, the new Fall Guys launcher will appear in the Game Library ready for download. Once it has been downloaded, players can delete the old launcher and continue playing as normal. On the same day, the Retro Shark outfit can be claimed through the DLC Store button in the in-game Store page.
Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout is available now on PlayStation 4 and PC.
