F1 2021 update adds the final free circuit to the game
A new update is now available for F1 2021 that introduces the third and final free post-launch track for the game.
Starting today, players can race a lap around the Jeddah circuit ahead of Formula One arriving there next month for the penultimate race of the season. The Jeddah Corniche Circuit is described as “the longest and fastest street race in the calendar, with top speeds expected to exceed 250km/h.”
“Our players love new circuits, and Jeddah is extra special as it makes its debut in-game before the drivers head to Saudi in December,” Paul Jeal, F1 Senior Franchise Director at Codemasters, said. “Jeddah has the potential to be one of the most competitive circuits on the calendar with long, fast straights and multiple overtaking sections. The studio has done an incredible job re-creating the circuit ahead of its maiden race.”
Today’s update also adds an option to enable or disable Pit Lane Tyre Temperature simulation and the option to disable driver moves in career. Read the full patch notes here.
F1 2021 is available now on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
