Edge Of Eternity trailer reveals PC release date
Midgard Studio’s JRPG Edge Of Eternity will leave Steam Early Access and officially launch for PC on June 8th, publisher Dear Villagers has announced.
The game is set in the world of Heryon during a time after a mysterious alien force has unleashed the Corrosion, a fatal disease that turns living forms into misshapen abominations. Players will follow Daryon and Selene on their quest to find a cure for the Corrosion and save the world.
“We’ve poured our whole heart into making Edge Of Eternity,” Jeremy Zeler, founder of Midgar Studio, said. “It’s a story of epic existential battles and intimate personal dramas. I can’t wait to show it off to the world.”
“Edge of Eternity is the perfect illustration of what we want to do with Dear Villagers: discover talented studios and help them bring ambitious projects to life,” Guillaume Jamet, VP Publishing for Dear Villagers, added. “What Midgar has accomplished, with a small team, is quite incredible and we are very proud to be by their side for this launch.”
Edge Of Eternity launches for PC on June 8th, with PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One versions to follow in Q4 2021.
