EA Play is coming to Steam at the end of this month
EA’s newly rebranded subscription service EA Play (formally EA Access and Origin Access) is coming to Steam on August 31st, the publisher has announced.
Players who subscribe to the service will get access to a number of full EA games, including Titanfall 2, Need for Speed Heat, Battlefield V, The Sims 4, and more. Subscribers also get access to limited-time trials of upcoming EA games and a 10 percent discount on all digital EA games and DLC.
In addition, a new benefit has been added with the rebranding that will offer subscribers exclusive in-game challenges and reward drops for select games. A couple of examples include the Interceptor Elegance Helmet and Honorable Enforcer Helmet in Star Wars Squadrons and XP boosts and stadium customization items for FIFA 21.
EA Play is available now on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC for $4.99 a month.
