Dying Light’s Xbox Series X/S upgrade is now live
Following its release on PlayStation 5, Techland has delivered a current-gen upgrade for the Xbox Series X/S versions of the original Dying Light.
Following this update, players can choose between three video modes while playing on Xbox Series X. Performance mode runs the game at 1080p/60 FPS, while Balanced mode keeps the 60 FPS, but bumps the resolution up to 1440p. The final mode is Quality, which offers a native 4K resolution with a 30 FPS cap.
Two graphics modes have also been introduced to the game on Xbox Series S and Xbox One X. The first is Performance mode, which runs at 1080p/30 FPS, with the second, Quality mode, running at 1440p/30 FPS.
Dying Light is available now on PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
