Doki Doki Literature Club Plus gameplay trailer looks at new features
Serenity Forge has shared a new trailer for the upcoming enhanced version of the psychological horror game Doki Doki Literature Club.
The gameplay trailer, which features narration from creator Dan Salvato, goes over a number of the new features coming in the Plus release. One of these is Side Stories, brand new stories that expand the world of Doki Doki Literature Club and show what Sayori, Natsuki, Yuri, and Monika got up to before the events of the game. We also get a brief look at the new music player and unlockable images.
The game places players in the role of a student who decides to join the school literature club after being asked by their childhood friend. Write poems to get closer to the club’s members and learn more about them.
Doki Doki Literature Club Plus arrives on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC on June 30th.
