Destiny 2 kicks off Solstice event with new trailer
This year’s Destiny 2 Solstice event has begun, and Bungie is celebrating with a new trailer that shows how players will have fun in the sun while beating back nasty Nightmares.
The trailer gives a preview of the new Bonfire Bash, as well as the updated look to Solstice armor. There are also a couple of new weapon ornaments, including one for everyone’s favorite grenade launcher, Witherhoard.
The 2022 Solstice event will allow players to upgrade and then re-roll armor to get the stats they want. It also introduces a new Event Card that players can fill out by completing activities, as well as a premium reward track that players can purchase with Silver.
Destiny 2 is available on Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC, and Stadia.
