Destiny 2 Community Challenge announced
Bungie has announced a new event for Destiny 2 that will require the community to work together to complete it.
The Community Challenge begins on September 3rd and gives players until September 10th to kill millions of Hive, complete thousands of Nightfalls, defeat thousands of Escalation Protocol bosses, and use a lot of Override Frequencies. A complete rundown of the objectives can be found below:
- Defeat 175 thousand Wave 7 Escalation Protocol bosses
- Defeat 300 million Hive on Mars
- Mars Nightfalls
- Defeat Nokris 150 thousand times
- Defeat Xol 100 thousand times
- Use 300 thousand Override Frequencies
If the objectives are completed, then all players who completed at least one Nightfall during the event will be rewarded with a unique emblem. In addition, players will be granted two rewards when slotting runes and opening the Menagerie chest, with an additional reward being added each Friday until the season ends.
Destiny 2 is available now on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
