Dead Island 2 trailer introduces us to Dani
Deep Silver and Dambuster Studios have released a new trailer for Dead Island 2 that introduces us to one of the game’s playable slayers.
Dani is from County Cork in Ireland and is described as “a headstrong rockabilly brawler with a foul mouth and a twisted sense of humor.” Pre-zompocalypse she was a member of a roller derby team.
As shown in the video below, Dani has access to the Bloodlust and Thunderstruck innate skills. Bloodlust allows Dani to regain health when slaying multiple zombies in quick succession, while Thunderstruck causes her Heavy Attacks to trigger a forceful explosion.
Dead Island 2 launches on April 28th for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via the Epic Games Store.
