Control is coming to Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5
Remedy Entertainment has announced that Control will be coming to Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5 at some point.
The announcement came via a tweet, with the developer adding that more details about the next-generation version of the game will be shared “at a later date.”
As for what players can expect from the game on next-gen consoles. It’s likely that ray tracing will be supported given its use in the PC version and there’s also a good chance that the game will get a resolution and FPS bump.
Earlier this year, Remedy released The Foundation DLC for Control on PlayStation 4. The DLC sees director Jesse Faden heading to the Foundation, the bedrock of the Oldest House, to deal with a Monolith that has been damaged. The DLC is due to release on Xbox One later this month.
Control is available now on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
