Clarity Boost is now available for Xbox Cloud Gaming with Microsoft Edge
A new feature is now available through a Microsoft Edge Canary build that improves visual quality when playing games through Xbox Cloud Gaming.
According to Milena Gonzalez, program manager at Xbox, this new feature “uses a set of client-side scaling improvements to improve the visual quality of the video stream.”
To try out this new feature, players need to download the latest Canary build of Microsoft Edge and ensure they are on version 96.0.1033.0 or later. After that, start playing a game through Xbox Cloud Gaming, open the more actions (…) menu, and then enable Clarity Boost.
Clarity Boost will be rolled out to all Microsoft Edge users by next year.
