Chivalry II ‘Reinforced’ update includes a new map, weapon, and more
Tripwire Presents and Torn Banner Studios are celebrating the Game Pass release of Chivalry II with a new content update for all platforms.
The Reinforced update introduces a new map that has been “designed from the ground-up to showcase the new mounted horse combat feature,” according to publisher Tripwire Presents. Hippodrome is set in an arena and features spike traps and flamethrowers. Play both Team Deathmatch and Free-For-All on this new map.
Joining the map is the new dual-wield Katars weapon for the Ambusher class. The fast stabbing weapon does not interrupt opponents and encourages dodging due to its weak block.
Finally, developer Torn Banner Studios has added mounted horse combat to The Raid on Aberfell (Team Objective) and The Siege of Rudhelm (Team Objective) maps.
Chivalry II is available now on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
