Chivalry 2 launches in June for PC and consoles
Chivalry 2 will launch for PC and consoles on June 8th, 2021, publisher Tripwire Presents and developer Torn Banner Studios have announced.
It was also revealed that players will be able to try out the game before its release through a cross-platform closed beta. The beta is scheduled to run from March 26th through March 29th on all platforms. Players who preorder the game on PC through the Epic Games Store will be guaranteed access to the beta.
In addition to the above, a Special Edition of the game was unveiled, which contains the Agatha Jousting Knight Armor and Royal Broadsword, the Mason Jousting Knight Armor, the Gold Horseman’s Axe, the Roses novelty item, and more.
“Our dev team has been firing on all cylinders to create the best medieval combat game imaginable,” Torn Banner Founder, Steve Piggott, said. “Chivalry 2 is going to be everything fans of the first title dreamed of and so much more – from a combat system rebuilt from the ground up, to massive upgrades in scale and visuals.”
Chivalry 2 launches June 8th for Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
